  I was so disturbed by the customer service I received at the Chick-fil-A in Bridgeton, I couldn't go to bed without making this post tonight! I now wish I could get the $5 tip I gave the young person that took my order since he didn't put my name on my order! I took my time, said it, and spelled it: T as in Tom, H as in Henry, E as in Edward, etc. I guess he thought it was better to identify me as Cfac! Why ask for my name if you're not interested? I didn't notice my name wasn't on my order properly until I wasted my time complaining to Logan about the person that gave me my order in the drive-thru. The young lady that eventually gave me my order after a long wait didn't greet me. I believe she walked pass my vehicle more than once. I had to ask her about the wait for my order to get some kind of reason why she treated me like I was invisible! She was good with her micro-aggressions as well. After being treating me like an unwanted customer after I requested the 4 Sriracha sauces for my 12 nuggets they initially refused to provided, I requested a Basalmic dressing for my Kale salad. The young lady charged me $1.00 for the dressing. When I said it actually should be free due to the bad customer service I received, she charged me $0.05 more! I asked a young man if he was the manager and shared my experience. He offered to get the manager for me. That's when I met Logan. Logan attempted to justify nearly all actions by his employees. He said the $0.05 the young lady charged was tax. I told him I didn't believe the tax was that low in Bridgeton. He agreed that she should have greeted me when walking past my vehicle with orders that didn't belong to me. Then he tried to say she charged me $0.05 cent because I paid with cash! I corrected him and said, "No, that's not why! I hadn't even revealed my means to pay yet!!! When I placed my order, no one told me dressing was on the Kale salad already! They act like I know the entire menu and their expectations! When I asked Logan why I can receive 4 sauces for my chicken but not one paket of dressing for my salad!! #Horrible And this is supposed to be a Christian establishment? #PLEASE!!!

  i’m not even exaggerating when i say i genuinely love Chick-fil-A like it’s actually ridiculous how happy it makes me 😭 everything about it just hits every single time like the food is always fresh, the workers be nice for no reason, and the whole vibe just feels clean and calm like you not stressed eating there. and don’t even get me started on the chicken… like why is it THAT good?? crispy, juicy, perfectly seasoned every single time like they don’t miss at all. and the fries?? them waffle fries got a HOLD on me fr like they be soft on the inside but still got that little crisp on the outside and when you dip it in the sauce… yeah it’s over with 😭 and speaking of sauce… chick fil a sauce is literally top tier like nothing else compares idc what nobody says. i could eat that with anything and be satisfied. and it’s not even just the food fr it’s the feeling like going there just be comforting in a weird way. like it’s one of those places where you already know you not about to be disappointed. it’s consistent, it’s good, it’s reliable, and honestly that’s rare these days 😭 like if i had to pick one fast food place forever… i’m choosing chick fil a without even thinking twice. that’s not even a debate. OH AND LET ME SAY THIS ABOUT THE SERVICE THOSE PEOPLE ARE AMAZING NOT EVEN GLAZING OR LYING I LOVE THEM ASWELL THEY ALWAYS GET MY ORDER AND DOORDASHES RIGHT!!!

  I visited the drive-thru this morning around 8:30 AM and wanted to share some feedback. The young lady who took my payment and handed me my food was not very friendly. When I asked for honey, it seemed like an inconvenience to her. One of the main reasons I choose Chick-fil-A is for the consistently exceptional customer service, which I’ve come to expect and appreciate. This experience felt different from what I’m used to. I hope this feedback is helpful and can be used to ensure the level of service remains as strong as your brand is known for.

  Chick-fil-A I need you to know the reason people patronize this store or any of your stores because you're fast service You are now turning into every other restaurant that takes forever your food is not even that good it's just the fact that you have friendly customer service and that is going downhill

  I understand this is a new location. But the training of the staff is not yet sufficient. We have had several incomplete orders, including mobile thru orders - which we can verify were entered exactly as we wanted. The staff seems significantly less polite (teen attitude) and the lines move relatively slowly. CFA corporate needs to ensure that this location meets standards.
