  Shake machine was down 😕 but the young man in the window at 3 am Went above and beyond to make sure i got the whatameal I was looking for.

  The burger was great but there's something about ordering a medium onion ring and chocolate shake and getting large fries and vanilla shake instead they sound nothing like each other

  The manager "Nathan" is very rude and talks to his employees like there trash. He walks away from the counter and says "No" when people are trying to order. We had to wait for someone else to take our order. I do not recommend this place. Service sucks.

  I am mot much of a reciew kind of guy, but I think exemplary employees in corporations deserve shout outs. David is a young man that works the front counter. As I sat and ate, I witnessed top notch quality of service. He opened the front door for incoming customers, enthusiastically explained his favorites to folks that had never been to the restaurant, and so much more. He truly deserves to be recognized as a quality employee.

  Do NOT eat at this place past 10pm. My friend almost ended up in the ER from the most violent case of food poisoning I've ever seen—an entire weekend of nonstop, violent vomiting and malaise. He was in PERFECT health until he ordered the Bacon Steakhouse Double—a few hours later I was scooping the fried onion strings out of my bathroom sink. I did manage to get the meal refunded, but this is just a warning to y'all. And it's a shame because I've had really good burgers at this location before, even after 10pm. Someone get the health inspector out here ASAP 💀 Plus the cashier who comped the order was EXTREMELY rude and condescending to me. 0/10 never eating here again
