  If I could give zero stars for food I would. I got a baconator combo last night and it has given me extremely painful food poisoning.

  Will not be back to this Wendy's even though it is less than a mile from the house. Order was a mess! Ordered two junior burgers with fries, one four piece nugget with fries, an extra order of fries and a chocolate malt, and three small cakes. When order came out, there was only 1 order of fries, malls was Vanilla, both burgers and the nuggets were cold, not even warm. COLD like they came straight out of the refrigerator. I made the mistake of pulling away before checking the order, then they did not make it right, because I didn't have the receipt, which they never gave me! WILL NOT GO BACK TO WENDY'S. And would recommend that you don't waste your time or money at this one in Flying J!

  I waited 20 minutes for a 4 piece order of chicken nuggets. The staff prepared the rest of my order immediately. By the time I recieved the order the Jr. Bacon cheeseburger was cold as well as the fries. The order of fries I received was half full with fries. I feel as if the staff discriminated against me due to my name and ethnicity. I hope leadership sees this review and gives some additional training and development centered on customer service and discrimination to the entire staff at this location. Its downright pitiful Wendys employs ignorant and disgusting people like this!

  Ordered a Biggie deal and a small chilli to split between my wife and I. I eat the chili and fries. She eats the sandwich and nuggets. Anyway, was told they didn't have my preferred drink. No big deal, pay and get pulled forward so they can cook the chicken. They come out and say they are out of chilli, and that I would have to go to the app for a refund. I went to the app and tried to contact the customer service line only to be hung up on multiple times. If you want the wrong drink, no entree without an option to be refunded, and cold fries I would highly recommend.
