  This Tropical Smoothie is pretty decent. They have good Healthy food & Smoothie choices which you can customize (add or take out something). Depending on the day you go it can be somewhat busy. The waiting time can vary from 5 min - 30+ min waiting time. Service time can be slow or fast depending on the Day and Time. The food can be usually be a little small for how much you pay. I have experience spending like $15 - $30 on just a Buffalo Chicken Wrap and it’s Smaller than the State of Rhode Island. The smoothie on the other hand are amazing, Size, Portion and flavor are spot on (most of the time)… Straight up 3 Star

  upon opening, about 5 of us promptly walked towards the door. The worker saw us as she was unlocking the door, threw her head back and angrily walked back behind the counter; this is what we saw even prior to entering the establishment. When we went to counter the same worker gave dirty looks and did not treats us with a good costumer experience. Left me with a poor rest of my morning.

  smoothies were alright. however the lady who made my wrap took way to long especially since it wasn’t even warmed up all the way. the sausage and bacon was COLD and looked raw. worst tropical smoothie place in springfield mo.

  I had never been to this location before and was surprised by the disrespect received from the three female workers 3/28, around 1:15ish. Not only did we tip, we waited for 20 minutes for a pesto sandwich and we were the only people in there. The delay was caused because the three girls were talking constantly poorly about other people, laughing, and they were on their phones texting people during as well. Two other people received their food before us that were there after. There was a girl who asked “did you ask that girl why she is staring at me” (talking about me). These girls are so entitled and treat their customers like they are an inconvenience to their day. These girls are the reason why people do not like tipping culture, because they do not deserve it whatsoever.

  Amazing experience this morning thanks to one of your staff members. I didn't catch his name, but he is by far the kindest person I've seen in the service industry in a long time! I work nights and he made my day!
