I walked in at 12:52pm and my beverage was ready (I kept an eye on the drink I thought was mine, and it was), but more drinks started piling up by the window. Took an employee a solid 8 minutes to start putting lids and passing them out. I was finally handed my drink at 1:05pm. She was more focused on chatting with the person making smoothies than getting the drinks set out for people to pick up.

Our original order was taken. Then the remake was TOO THICK and didn’t have a taste. I asked the crew to remake again and this time it was the same thing. My wife gets this drink often…really often, but the inconsistency here leaves a lot to be desired. We will return, but hopefully this is seen by the right people and they get their consistency issues fixed. The crew was absolutely great. Top marks there.
