  Now tell me why I order online TWENTY minutes ahead of getting so so the food is prepared, I get there it has easily been over 45 minutes of waiting for a $20 order and these nasty workers keep talking insanely vulgar it’s genuinely ridiculous they shouldn’t even be making minimum wage with this bs

  Store is infested with ants, employees smoke inside the store, the managers don't care about how the store looks.

  This is the only fast food joint on this side of Sunshine that ALWAYS gets it right. Fat burritos and servings, every mod included, hot and fresh, and their Pepsi is never flat or low on syrup. Gobbless

  absolutely a $ and straight bull. how do they forget so many things. long wait(which is fine), but nothing correct? crazy. also they be letting dogs in that drive thru window, literally, and didn't seem to wash/change hands or gloves after letting in and petting. glad everything here is a bad atmosphere. only came here to make sure to let people know to not order at this one unless you want half of your stuff forgotten or drinks that definitely aren't right and have some chemicals/expired something in them. wasn't right color or drink but omg go here if you have a death wish i guess.

  I am very dissatisfied with my service at the east sunshine location taco bell where apparently annie is in charge. I don't know who the little redhead girl is. That is the nighttime manager. She refused to give me her name, but she made me sit in the drive through for 45 minutes waiting on tacos. When I asked her what the holdup was, she said there's only 3 of us and I have ran out of everything I'm yelling for help. She was yelling so loud. I could hear her through 2 rolled up car windows and a radio playing. I do not recommend this location.They have children running their stores. 2 cars pulled out of line because they got tired of waiting in drove off.They are costing the business money. Very unprofessional!!!
