    Did take-out, so atmosphere not fairly rateable. Smashburgers are very good, as are the tots. Wish the curbside cardreaders worked, but I guess you can't get everything your way.

    Incredibly disappointed in the portion size reduction. $2.19 for maybe 2 ounces of filling is ridiculous.

    We ordered through the app at 2:17pm and requested to pickup at 2:30pm. We arrived at 2:31 and checked in. A lot of cars left and we still haven’t got our order. It is now 2:59 and still nothing. I called to see what was going on and the lady said it was just now done and they are sending someone out now. Ten more minutes passed and still no order. No apologizes and or refund.

    Something was wrong with the tortillas on the breakfast burritos my husband got this morning- it didn’t taste right, he didn’t finish it, and still ended up very very sick/throwing up. We come here often and haven’t had a major problem until this. Tried to find a customer service number but all we could find was “hit the red button at the stall for help” but we were already gone at work.
