    This has got to be by far the worst location in Springfield. I stopped on my way to work at 6pm so prime dinner time. Ordered 3 cheesy Baja chicken wraps and the chicken was old, dry and inedible. Unfortunately, this happens all the time at this location and management doesn't seem to care.

    Ordered tenders and they were the most dryest and old tasting like it was sitting out or over cooked... wasn't expecting that and didn't eat it... ended up just eating the tots I got with them because I had things to do and couldn't go back.

    This Sonic is the slowest of any “fast food” place I have ever been. My order has been wrong so many times. The one time I let the manager know, he said he could not adjust my order to make it right because I couldn’t prove it. Seriously? When you’re busy and already waited entirely too long for your order, then get back to work late, needing to hurry up and eat, the last thing you are thinking is return and let them know they forgot the bacon. This is a Sonic problem. When franchises tie up manager’s hands, they are taking a cop-out. They don’t have to deal with the backlash- the managers do! Food service is thankless enough. Give these employees the support, staff, and training they deserve to meet customers’ needs and expectations. And trust your managers to make judgment calls to keep customers happy and coming back.

    Good food, ordered from here a couple of times but never get any mints with my orders, isn't that supposed to be a thing? I kinda ordered the first time because I was really wanting a sonic mint

    Jessica was fast and efficient. This is the fastest location I think I’ve ever been to for a sonic. My super sonic breakfast burrito wasn’t assembled correctly (ingredients weren’t throughout) tomatoes were all lumped on 1 end and I don’t think there were any tots in it. Tasty enough though.
