  They lie in the face of the customer and behave very rude including their manager. Service was around 3:30 pm.

  This Sonic is one of the best in Springfield. The food is always cooked good and the service is great. Whether youre going to ine of their stalls or the drive-thru, they're very friendly. I recommend eating at this location.

  If you'd like extremely poor, unprofessional, immature service and manners overheard from inside and overpriced, low quality food, you've found your place! EDIT: The reply from management or owners demonstrates that low quality perfectly. "We take feedback seriously...We'll make sure this is looked into." That tells you about the place right there. Generic "serious" reply saying they'll investigate with all 0 details I provided. I guess they're assuming the details and that tells me multiple reasons I wouldn't want to give this business my money again (greedy, careless) and won't.
