- KMKleak MugsleyApr 19, 20261.0I love Qdoba, but this particular establishment is terrible. Big dude with dreads acted like he couldn’t be bothered even though I was the only person in the place. Then when I was asking about different tastes of things he was said “Couldn’t tell ya, I don’t eat here”. I had to ask for a drink and wanted chips and queso but after I asked for the drink he added that on and walked off. I even had to tell him he didn’t press all the buttons so I could pay and leave.

Asking basic questions caused her annoyance and she felt the need to go above and beyond to be passive aggressive. The chicken was alright but the rice lacked all flavor with nothing but large pieces of cilantro. Unfortunately, this experience has made my partner and I not want to come back.

The more you sell the more you have to work and replace. For some reason on average my tickets are always higher here. Always someone behind the counter looking bothered...working on online orders avoiding customers actually in the store lol Its not worth figuring out parking and walking across the street. Looks like my experience is typical and management and the owner just don't care! That's too bad
