  Girl who took our order was not helpful. My husband and I both ordered a half chicken poppyseed strawberry salad, and were then told that chicken on the salad would be an upcharge! There was no such info on the menu board, so I asked, "You mean if you order a CHICKEN poppyseed strawberry salad, chicken is EXTRA?" She replied yes, so I asked what else would be on the salad. She replied, "everything but the chicken," apparently assuming I knew the salad ingredients. She seemed annoyed and gave the impression that she would rather be ANYWHERE ELSE but there helping her customers. Bread was a bit stale on our half sandwich, and some salad greens were slimy.

  The workers are awesome! Corporate designed this store poorly. No plug ins, there is some private meeting room that you cannot readily access, and there are coded locks on the bathrooms. Again, workers are great. Corporate design is extremely poor.

  A staff person all of this month in the mornings has been mixing iced tea in with the iced coffee; the grossest iced coffee. I had to throw it in the trash. I had to stop at a convenient store to buy coffee.

  We had just placed our order and was waiting for the food to come and noticed a cockroach wandering around on the food area. 10/10 skip out on this location.

  Charged i got the wrong order wouldn't refund me and missed other parts of our order and still cost over 30 dollars for one bowl of soup and sald do not come here
