  If I could give zero stars, I would. I will never be back to this McDonald’s. We walked in with all three of our children under 2 at 12:50 for lunch. And they wouldn’t let us order because they said they were closing the inside at 1pm. Because they were redoing the parking lot. There was no signage outside. Or we obviously wouldn’t have gone inside. The lady walking around telling people to leave was very rude and rushed our friends out after they ordered their food.(never told them about closing at 1pm until after they ordered their food and sat down. Then she came up to them and said they needed to have their food in bags so they could leave once they got it. All around very Rude, and need better signage.

  This place is very dirty and staff didn't care when we said something. I asked for one table to be cleaned and they took like 15 minutes to even get someone out after telling me they would only be a minute then made excuses. And when she did come out she had our food and when I again asked for her to clean a table she agrees then put our food on a dirty table then got a broom. And started sweeping at the other side of the room. So I said very loudly that I'd clean the table with the baby wipes I'd had in my bag. She told me I didn't have to but then still didn't clean the table. I finally did clean the table. She only swept like 3 tables Then left. Food was even in the bottom level of the play area so I eventually asked for a broom after waiting for awhile for them to come back and finish cleaning, AND they gave it to me! I only used it in the bottom level of the play area so I wouldn't have to be as concerned as to my 1y eating nasty floor food before I Could stop her. Honestly if it want the best play area that McDonald's had I wouldn't go back. The only positive thing I can say was I was given what I ordered. But unfortunately the food wasn't even fresh. And old food is gross food. And the worst part was they where slow and most of them had been on their phones. If they had been busy I could understand but nope. Just didn't want to do the job they are being paid for. I took pictures of the floor and the nasty rag she pretended to wipe tables with eventually. I would have taken pictures of the tables but my camera isn't the best to focus on all the crumbs.

  This place is usually pretty quick, but today I waited over ten minutes for mcdoubles fries and nuggets, and they forgot my nuggets.
