  This is the second time in two weeks of trying to get food at this location. The first time was during breakfast. Placed our order on the kiosk since there was no one anywhere near the counter. Didn't bother us. We sat down and waited almost 45 minutes for two sausage biscuits, two breakfast burritos, two coffees, and two hash browns. We were getting up to ask for a refund when someone finally came out with our food. Missing a hash brown and the one we got being cold, we just ate and left. Today, we left Comicon and headed there since it was close. Tried to order 3 meals, our card was declined 3 times so we just chose to pay at the counter. People told us they had been waiting over half an hour just to order. There were only two people in front of us. The lady just straight ignored everyone standing there. We left without paying and are currently at the one on Kearney and it took less time to get the same meals than it has to type all of this. We have seen a few people who were at that one come into this one behind us. I'm not normally one to leave reviews, but that was ridiculous. AVOID THIS LOCATION!

  Absolutley the worst McDonald's. I ordered on the app and picked up at the counter. I waited 25 minutes to get my food then it was wrong. 1 of the sandwiches was supposed to be plain and it had everything on it. Had to wait another 5 minutes for them to make a new one. Everyone in the lobby was complaining and had issues. NEVER go to this McDonald's location.

  My family and I went inside to order breakfast. The kiosks inside were being serviced so we walked to the counter to place our orders. No one was there so we waited while the workers served the drive-thru customers. We waited several minutes and no one acknowledged us. Then a worker came to the window where we were standing, rang up a drive-thru order and walked away. A few minutes later she came and did the same thing again, I then told her the kiosks are down (which she knew) and we need someone to take our orders. She said sorry we’re short handed & called out to someone else to take our orders. We waited several minutes more still no assistance and no further acknowledgement…we finally left. Very poor customer service.

  If I could give 0 stars I would. First of all, 830 PM we were told the drive through is closed to order inside. Once inside, the music was blaring so loud in the back and workers sounded like they were having a big ol party. The poor kid taking our orders messed it up, partly bc he couldn't hear us bc the music was that loud. There was a lady in there waiting for an online order she put in way before we got there, she was asking if she had to go in and maker her own food. We ordered #9 plain, we got 1 burger instead of 2 and wasn't plain. The bread was crusty like it had been sitting out all day. So, ZERO stars!

  This McDonald's is the worst one I have ever been too. Everytime I have went here they never have it together. Today, I placed a mobile order. From the time I entered the drive thru to when I finally left with my food was 40 min. Then they didn't even give me all of my food after waiting that long and I had to go inside and get the rest of my food. Take my advice and never go to this one. This is not the first time and 9 times out of 10 they never give me all of my food the first time.
