  24hr location according to google and the McDonald’s app. I placed an online order through the app at just after 5am and when I got to the location all the lights were out. Obviously employee cars in the parking lot. I pulled up to the speaker just to check and they tell me they are not open yet? I asked what time they open and was told well it depends on when we get food ready. Hmmm. Well I already ordered and paid online… magically the lights on the building came on and they told me to pull around. After a short wait I had my food. What the heck is going on here? Back to Hardee’s for me!

  Make sure you double-check your order before you drive away! We ordered 2 of the 6 piece chicken nuggets, with sweet and sour sauce, and an M&M McFlurry. Only the chicken nuggets were in the bag - no napkins or sauces, and they had forgotten the ice cream.

  Every Saturday and Sunday I stop at this very Mc Donald’s and get me a Steak Egg & Cheese Mc Muffin. Well on this particular 3/21/2026 the drive thru action was off the hook a gentleman named Trent and another gentleman named Dale were running from one end of the restaurant to the other when a very cantankerous couple came in and absolutely killed the whole vibe by being rude slamming there hand down on the register like it was a bell you ring and just being absolutely rude and obnoxious. Well during all the commotion they accidentally forgot the hotcakes and you would have thought the world ended. Trent and Dale remained professional respectful while also trying to hold there ground and I could feel there pain. The girl that was present continued to try and fight one of the female’s employees which I assure that man and woman would never had a chance to lay a hand on anyone I promise you that I simply would not have allowed it to happen but I want to give a huge shout out to the staff and Trent and Dale for how polite and respectful and how they handled themselves while keeping the peace and also having situational awareness. These men do not make enough those are skills that take a lifetime to master. Kudos to the staff here !!!!

  We waited in the curbside location 6 for 27 minutes. Our order was then missing 2 orders of 4 piece chicken nuggets, along with a kids chocolate milk. I tried to call the store and after 4 minutes gave up and went in side, still on the phone and waited in line. By time I was able to talk with someone the call was at 6 and half minutes but I ended the call with out anyone picking up the phone. When I got to the front I asked for a manager, manager never came. I told the cashier what was missed and he did rush to get those items for me. I asked him before hand, since the manager never came, what mcdonalds was going to do for me with the experience. After he rushed to get my items together he threw in a bag of cookies. I left angry, and by time I was able to eat my food , the fries were cold. Not only cold, not cooked at long as they should. They were not crisp, they were limp and cold, still mushy in the middle. My wife and I could not eat them, as I also did not feed them to my 3 year old daughter either because I was not risking her safety of eating uncooked food. I feel this experience is unacceptable. I understand it is spring break, and I do understand this was a busier peak period for the restaurant. However, they served over 10 cars in the drive thru before bring our food to us ut beyond that I am more disappointed the manager never came than anything else. We tried the big arch and that was kinda meh, honestly tasted like an intact big Mac, nothing special, but that was the risk I was willing to take to try something new. Not upset about that, but won't ever order it again. However, for this experience I feel it's right to do something for your patron. I was highly disappointed with everything this store had to offer. Not only all this, the main reason we came was for a shamrock shake and they were out...

  This McDonald’s is so bad. The service is terrible. Wait time at anytime of day are terrible. I only ever go to this one because every other McDonald’s is a farther drive. Pulled up to the speaker no one greeted or said it would be a moment so I just sat there for a few minutes when someone decided to greet me. Paid with cash the exact amount and somehow got 20 cents back. And then I get to the pickup window someone hands me my food says have a good day and I’m telling them I have a drink and just get the window shut on me. So waiting even more to get a drink. When they open up the window again it’s like what else do you need. Like please read your orders it tells you exactly what it is. I got a caramel iced coffee which I’ve ordered multiple times using my rewards and it doesn’t taste like a caramel coffee iced. Is there a manager that is doing anything to fix this because this has been ongoing for the past year just down and down in service.
