  Both me and my boyfriend ordered the Crabmelt. I thought it was delicious but my boyfriend wasn't that impressed. Oh well. Service was decent.

  If you’re thinking about ordering a steak at Houlihan’s in Springfield, let me save you the emotional journey. I don’t know what cut of meat I got, but it fought back. Tough, overcooked, and full of mystery gristle—like a strip steak that went through a midlife crisis and came out worse for it. If you’re craving a good steak, do yourself a favor and stay far, far away. Your jaw will thank you.

  My heart is saddened, and my first experience at this location has left me with a sour taste in my mouth. Me and my husband came here to celebrate The conception of our first child together. We spent an hour searching Google for the best restaurant in Springfield- Houlihan was One of the top choices from the list and it just So happened that we’ve never eaten there before. We arrived about 3:30 PM on a Sunday afternoon. There were three tables seated, and everyone seemed to be enjoying the atmosphere At their table, we stood at the front entrance, waiting to be seated for at least 4 minutes. We legit counted down together, waiting for a server, or for a host to come greet us. Instead, we were stared at by the ppl Already seated at tables- as if we were the ones out of place and unwelcome. Upon leaving the restaurant, we decided to go right across the street to Apple bees. Although I truly enjoy Applebee’s, it just wasn’t what I had in mind for today’s celebration, but I am so grateful that we did choose to come here because as soon as my husband drew the door open, we were greeted by the host and seated within 15 seconds of our arrival. Proving, that GENUINE + QUALITY Customer service With any brand or establishment is The most valuable trait to a wholesome experience. POOR QUALITY “customer” service Like, what I just experienced during my first visit - could result in a permanent blemish to the credibility of said establishment.

  We very much enjoyed our experience at Houlihan’s this evening. Our server Brendan was attentive, polite and courteous and took our order with a very unique and exciting pen. Obey the beard!!!!
