    Went through the drive thru just now and service was super fast. French fries were hot and extra good, and the girl at the window was cheerful and wished us a “rich” new year! Compared to other drive thru experiences recently, this one was stellar. Thank you!

    Probably one of the worst experiences I've had in a drive through. The worker did not communicate or listen while we were ordering and had a horrible attitude for no reason. My teenager asked what the heck her problem was because it was so ridiculous. I would recommend going to a different location if you want someone that actually has good customer service skills.

    We went to Wendy’s for lunch, and normally this location is pretty good. Unfortunately, this visit was a complete letdown. Two teenagers who work here came in on their requested day off and were playing around in the lobby, clearly distracting the crew working in the back. Because of this, we waited almost 30 minutes just to get a receipt and our food. There were only two other customers in the entire store at the time. To make it worse, we watched three other people come in after us, place their orders, get their food, and leave before we were even served. Extremely frustrating experience and very disappointing compared to how this Wendy’s usually operates. We won’t be back anytime soon.
