Two teenagers who work here came in on their requested day off and were playing around in the lobby, clearly distracting the crew working in the back. Because of this, we waited almost 30 minutes just to get a receipt and our food. There were only two other customers in the entire store at the time. To make it worse, we watched three other people come in after us, place their orders, get their food, and leave before we were even served. Extremely frustrating experience and very disappointing compared to how this Wendy’s usually operates. We won’t be back anytime soon.
