Unfortunately you have lost a customer due to not being able to process a refund, or resolve the issue. I will not go through doordash for a refund since I did not order/pay for the food through DoorDash. I ordered the through food through your app and did not receive my food again. I have had to call multiple times to try to get this one transaction fixed. I'm very disappointed.
