I have worked in the fast food industry, so l understand feeling exhausted after working all day but there is no excuse to blatantly ignore the customers. I showed up around 8pm and this location closes at 9pm for reference. As l walked in none of the employees greeted me and l was left waiting at the register for a while, until a woman who was clocking out had to take my order. There were several employees who saw me waiting and still chose to ignore me. The employee who handed me my food also had a terrible attitude and would not acknowledge me. I ordered a wrap, and once l got to my location and opened my food, I noticed that it was all thrown together. l have never experienced this before and will not be returning. Hopefully something is done about this.

Come On tropical smoothie you can do better !!!! If you cared that person would not still be working there with other reviews looks like this is ongoing problem you continue to ignore
