    My daughter asked if we could have each meal put in each bag cuz we were going to different homes The lady at the window got the bags then my daughter wanted to know what meals go with what because she ordered a nine and my husband ordered a seven so we didn't know what was involved in each meal and so my daughter asked and the lady slammed the window and wouldn't answer won't be going back there

    I ordered from the kiosk at the counter and waited for my order and waited and waited everyone in the restaurant got their food so I finally asked if mine was being prepared they said they hadn't started it yet because I hadn't paid at the counter no one was at the counter. when I submitted my order they should have known I had to pay at the counter

    Crappy service, understaffed and takes forever to get an order they won’t make any acceptions or try to help figure it out, they need better management and corporate to step in and help get this location back on track, the food was cold and soggy after waiting so long, was very disappointed in bite the food and the lack of service that came from this location won’t be coming back here if I could I wouldn’t even give them a one star

    We went here at 4pm on a saturday. The line was quick and we got to the window fast. We had food for 3 people. We were at the window for 30mins. The girl at the window was super nice and told us the manager dismissed us and her. She gave us 2 free taco coupons because she felt and which was great. We got home and were missing 3 items. We tried to call in and they took the phone off the hook. I usually don’t leave reviews but this experience is extra bad.
