    I ordered from the kiosk at the counter and waited for my order and waited and waited everyone in the restaurant got their food so I finally asked if mine was being prepared they said they hadn't started it yet because I hadn't paid at the counter no one was at the counter. when I submitted my order they should have known I had to pay at the counter

    Crappy service, understaffed and takes forever to get an order they won’t make any acceptions or try to help figure it out, they need better management and corporate to step in and help get this location back on track, the food was cold and soggy after waiting so long, was very disappointed in bite the food and the lack of service that came from this location won’t be coming back here if I could I wouldn’t even give them a one star

    We went here at 4pm on a saturday. The line was quick and we got to the window fast. We had food for 3 people. We were at the window for 30mins. The girl at the window was super nice and told us the manager dismissed us and her. She gave us 2 free taco coupons because she felt and which was great. We got home and were missing 3 items. We tried to call in and they took the phone off the hook. I usually don’t leave reviews but this experience is extra bad.

    It's basically fine unless you have a special order, they don't seem to be very good at those. One star because I had to stop my movie to go back out. I didn't leave a bad review the first 11 times it happened but today was my limit.

    I ordered through doordash. I ordered a crunchwrap supreme with no tomatoes, add cheese, jalapeños, and onion. It had tomatoes on it, and no jalapeños or onions on it. I also ordered the 5-layer burrito with no nacho cheese sauce and add onions, but it came with cheese sauce on it and no onion. The only thing they managed to get right is a soft shelled taco. I paid about $3 extra just to not get my food the way I ordered it. I am highly disappointed.
