Then the GM said “I’m the GM and I personally bagged that order and I know I put those on top of the bag.” After acknowledging that the order was messed up. Terrible customer service… this store needs a new GM that wont obviously lie to customers

After getting home I came to the complete wrong order, so I called and asked if I can go back and get the correct one. Which they said yes to bring the receipt, I did. They redid my order and when I came back home the food was made terribly, my Crunchwrap tortilla was so stale I could barely chew(I was hungry so I ate as much as I could) all the tacos were completely broken. I just wished they cared to make my food properly after having to go beck and get the correct one in the first place. I’m extremely upset and staff didn’t even apologize for the inconvenience, they just grabbed the food out of my hand when I took it back the first time without even saying a word to me. I tried being nice and saying thank you and even apologizing since it could have been a simple mistake of giving me the wrong food in the first place. But clearly that didn’t matter.
