Asked for when the order would be ready at 10 minutes, 20 minutes and 30 minutes. Still wouldn’t give a straight answer and no night shift manager or team leader ever came to talk to me. EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED IN SERVICE!

- RHR HOct 22, 20251.0Taco Bell in general has gone downhill very badly in my opinion. The two closer to my home are terrible so I drove out of my way to this one and it was gross too! The hard taco shells were so stale I couldn't stomach it. They tasted like an old dirty wet sock. Yummy! Just what I was craving! I also seem to remember there being actual food in the double deckers. These were so skimpy they were almost completely flat. I am quitting Taco Bell. I won't waste anymore of my money here!!!!! See ya!
