The store did not look clean when I walked in — the counters looked messy, the prep area seemed poorly maintained, and overall it just didn’t feel sanitary. What really bothered me was the lettuce on the sandwich line. It looked discolored and honestly like it might have had mold on it. I pointed it out because it didn’t look safe to eat. That completely killed my appetite and made me question how well the food is being stored and checked. Cleanliness is the bare minimum for a restaurant, especially one serving fresh ingredients. I ended up not finishing my food because I just didn’t feel comfortable. Definitely not the standard I expect, and I won’t be coming back to this location.

What I got was the saddest, most pathetic excuse of a sandwich. I decide to call and try to give them a chance to correct. The lady on the phone asked what was wrong with the order, I explained, she responded "That's normal, what else can I do for you?" Worst excuse for a SubWay. Worst excuse for a sandwich. 16.46 with tax (drink and cookies)
