- AAAraSB95Nov 8, 20252.0The young lady that worked 11/8/25 opening shift did not show any interest in working at all. My customer service expectations are in the pits of hell these days and even she surpassed that. No greeting, barely any interaction at all, she threw my sandwich together like I was inconveniencing HER for ordering. Then at checkout she threw the receipt on the counter and walked away. However she DID say “have a good day” as she hustled her way to the back out of sight. I got in my car and took a bite and as expected it was disgusting, I took two bites and threw it away. She literally threw these ingredients on the bread and smashed the sandwhich together with no care and it tasted like it.

- MEMr EJun 25, 20255.0Almost every time I visit this Subway, I consistently encounter food service workers who genuinely care about how customers feel about their food. On more than one occasion, I've had the employees here provide suggestions that were actually really good. The one a lady suggested today turned out well. I remember the guy giving me a good suggestion in the past, too. As crazy as it sounds, ive gotten better quality suggestions from this Subway than most we'll established restaurants...this means they actually care... Qualities like these often go unnoticed in the food service industry, but it’s rare to see employees in such roles demonstrate this level of care and initiative... Please reward this...

The sandwhich dude closing finally got done with customer in front of me past closing and told me he is now closed and didnt realize the time. Mind you not i waited and was there before they closed. Really disappointed bc me and my boyfriend were very hyped for subway. Now im gonna be honest dont see myself ever going back.
