The red headed guy said "he didn't have an online order, I must have sent it to the wrong store" I showed him my phone to verify location as well as my venmo to show payment was deducted. He became argumentative will me. Stated "his manager Angela would fire him if he made the sandwich" I asked him to call his manager which he did. Of course the manager did the correct thing and instructed him to make the sandwich, but it should've never gotten to that point. When a customer can show proof an order was made and they've been charged for it. Don't argue! Do the right thing and make the order. This could have easily been a positive review had they just done the right thing to begin with.

He was extremely busy and did such an amazing job. He was polite, kind, patient and fast! He deserves a BONUS. At minimum! He did such a great job under pressure!
