ALWAYS TURNS OFF ONLINE ORDERS!!!!
and don’t want to make bread if out by 4pm so they have nothing don’t want to de-thaw meatballs or red sauce says they don’t have any hot they say it’s in the cooler even when we are willing to wait?! At 4pm half American hasn't even eaten dinner yet
2 hours before they close they rather tell you they are out of tomato’s instead of having to take a lid off a new tub
Didn’t even get my order correct tonight for the hundredth time After they argued with me for 30 minutes over a different new sandwich ended up giving me the one they told me I could not have. I called to tell them that I did not receive the sandwich that was laying on the table. They said they put in the bag. Their response was cuss words I have The recording, if nobody wants to do anything about how we were treated upon this consistently time and time again with the night crew at this subway, then I will turn the recording into the Better Business Bureau
Employees or managers or even corporate you need to train your employees to make a sandwich not a hot dog period. Maybe even pretend to act like they like their job even if they don’t every time they mess up my order someone always blames it on another employee very unprofessional and disrespectful to the customers

Shelly and Q were amazing! They did a great job with our food and were very friendly to interact with. Subway isn’t my favorite place but these people made it worth it for me and my parents.

Unclean, dead flies in food, made my sandwich with a dead fly in it, almost dropped it, refused to give me a refund, and then asked for the drink and sandwich back??

The server almost dropped my sandwich and when I went to eat it, I had found a fly in it.
My friend tried to get a refund for it but they wouldn't give us one.
