I come here all the time since it’s closest to my work. Normally great service and food. I got 4 sandwiches on an app order last night from them and 3 out of 4 had absolutely no sauce. I call up there because they are dry and I wanted the sauces on them, my mother in law had put mayo on hers from the house and it still just wasn’t good. I called up to the store and told him and he told me that was hard to believe since she put her own mayo on it. He told me it’s hard to believe me because they have made every sandwich completely right, it’s not that hard to put condiments on a sandwich and it’s not that difficult to say when your wrong. I won’t be back here again and I won’t tell anyone to go here. All I wanted was a good sandwich after I hadn’t eaten for over 24 hours and I was met with the dryest of sandwiches and a completely rude and incompetent staff. I literally just wanted the sauces. At least if you go here do it in person and not online if they are going to make it such an issue and be so incredibly rude and unprofessional about it.

This place had bad ratings in regards to customer service, certain employees, cleanliness of shop, etc. I went here on a lunchbreak on a whim and got a new dude who was probably on his first day (had to ask how to make certain sandwiches a bunch) it was slow and the manager on shift was behind the bar getting toppings making her own personal salad, and sure this might be off putting to some - but guess what? They're humans too, I came when it was dead so they could get breaks out, and they gotta hire people and train them to fill gaps in employment. At the end of the day - I got a delicious sandwhich the employees were phenomenal to me. I like this place, and I'll definitely come back for an affordable warm and toasted lunch sammich. Don't buy into the negative hype.

I wish this Subway would either close down completely or have a change in management. They are constantly out of meatballs. The restaurant is normally in terrible condition. How are you out of meatballs at 11:30? Can't wait for Jersey Mikes to open on West Sunshine so I never have to eat Subway again.

The 2 people working 12/13/25 at 7pm provided top notch service. There was a mistake with my sandwich and each of them were sincere and made it right without making me feel like it was an issue.. As I was leaving, she stopped me and wanted to apologize and baked us some fresh cookies for the mistake. She did not have to do that, but it was a small gesture that made my nephew and I smile! Job well done team!
