I ordered a Coney dog meal on February 20th at 2:21pm I received the food 10 miles down the road realized I had nothing but tater tots I called and told me I could come back and get it later 8:00 p.m. I went back to get it manager said she couldn't do nothing with this receipt walked off and walked off I called ask her for her name she said it's about the Coney and hung up the phone

Ordered a cherry limeade, screen said payment went through but when the guy came out he said it didn't. When I went to get my card for him to run it again he said "I'm not arguing with you over it just take it then" and walked away muttering. Wasn't even a limeade it was a Sprite
Not an uncommon interaction at this location unfortunately

Ordered 2 foot long coneys, they were cold, didnt get my pretzel and cheese , and ordered a strawberry cheesecake shake with hot fudge and oreos added and just got the strawberry cheesecake shake..called them and they said they know for a fact it was made and sent out and I could take thier word for it because he was the manager at the business and would not fix the mistake...will not online order from here again
