I HATE to complain, but in this instance I feel I need to warn. The food was OK but nothing like I usually get at qdobas, food looked like it'd been in the warmers a while. The 2 employees were very nice, but that couldn't save the experience. There was no one else in the restaurant. Floors were dirty, the area around drink dispensers and condiment area was really dirty, and not from a busy afternoon...you can tell it's not regularly cleaned, it was thick. I had to use the restroom and I dreaded it. Floors and molding at base of walls were black...it just looked 3rd world...my hubby got 3 little tacos which were OK, I got a chicken burrito...meh. my root beer was not adjusted correctly, it was really syrupy. I just wanted to leave. I can't believe this location is even allowed to exist. Id never go back..and after reading the other posts I see im not alone. The responses sound like they are co corned about bad experiences but that's just P.R. there's

He’s such a joy to walk in & see and always makes sure we get the food we pay for. The restaurant is always clean when he’s there and the food and portions are perfect. I can tell his employees work with integrity because he leads by example. I honestly don’t like going to any other location because I have the best experience here every time. Kevin deserves 10 stars!
