Tonight was different there is an older lady that typically works in the evenings she was touching her phone with her gloves on and then handling my food which is a big no no. I've been in food service for 7 years and the germs that are on a cellphone screen is horrible. I asked her to change her gloves which she did but she seemed to have a major attitude about it. I will no longer go there when she is on shift. Also she wouldn't even finish my transaction I had to reach over and grab my own receipt.

The environment is FAR from acceptable, the man in charge looked like he hadn't showered in weeks, and they weren't knowledgeable at all about the food or deals the have to offer. After a long day at the event center we just wanted to be treated with respect and have a bite to eat before our long drive.
