  I had a pick up order, her name is jasmine. She’s a rudest person I have ever seen in restaurant business. I went in and got a pick up orders. When she handed me the order, she threw it at me . I’ll never come at this location again.

  HORRIFIC FOOD !! Tried 4 different kinds of pizza, all ICE cold, chicken ICE cold, salad - all vegetables old and tasteless, even the desserts were old. Employees sitting at a table with shoes off and feet on chairs where people sit. More interested in phones, than service. I've been to many pizza ranch restaurants all over the country, WILL NEVER COME HERE AGAIN !! I should be refunded the $20 I spent - so disappointed !!

  We eat here all the time pizza and the buffet are great and a great value but their fried chicken is the best in springfield

  I came here because my family wanted pizza and they have a gluten free pizza crust. The family can eat the buffet, because none of them have the allergy that I have. I ordered a gluten free pizza with extra cheese. I was seeing all of their pizza from the buffet that had the extra cheese on top of it. When I got it, my order was wrong. I was told they put their extra cheese on the bottom. I’ve never in my life heard of this, and it didn’t have extra cheese. I was very disappointed with it. We waited for over 30 minutes for the remake of the pizza and the manager walks over to our table to argue the fact that it was made per how the order was put in after waiting 30 minutes for the remake. My husband then asks her to remake it so she walks away and remakes the pizza. I then see her talking ugly with the worker that took the order about the fact that she had to remake it since the order was taken incorrectly and made incorrectly the first time. It’s Overcrowded with not enough room for customers to walk around the tables and not built for big parties of people unless the room is reserved in advance. This was our first visit here, and sadly I don't think we will be back!

  Me and my fiancé came in close to their closing time, and we were treated with the best service I think we’ve ever received at a restaurant. Ms. Roshelle and the man cleaning the dining room tonight provided such amazing service and made us feel so welcome. They baked fresh cookie pizza and some fresh pizza for us. Thanks to the pizza chef, we enjoyed a delicious meal as well as a fun atmosphere. Thank you for such an awesome experience tonight guys!
