We ordered (in person) 2 large hand tossed pizzas, the lady who took our order i guess misunderstood us, she placed our orders as 2 personalized pizzas instead of the hand tossed one, we paid and she said it'll be about 12 minutes, we waited and waited and waited and one of the guys asked about our order and we told him we ordered 2 large pizzas and he showed us the 2 personalized pizzas and he said that's what we ordered and I told him no, we wanted the large hand tossed pizzas, I got mad frustrated, we had a long day, I just wanted to order pizzas for dinner and go home but it didn't turned out that way. We asked for refund cuz we just want to go home, we got our money back, they didn't even offered to give the wrong pizzas they made for us just to make up the long time we waited there, I know a lot of establishments would apologized and offer the wrong foods they made. I would never go back to this shitty place again. Poor customer service. Yuck 💩 🤮
