Granted the weather was a bit nasty out but not enough to close the store. i waited almost 4 hrs for my pizza and live 2miles away if that. called twice and both times was told it will be this much longer. asked for a free cookie or something cuz they didnt offer anything and was told it will an additional hr on top of the 3 i am already wating. so asked for 2 free 2 liters instead they said ok. well 10mins shy of 4 hrs and my pizza shows up, cold, crust flacky, honestly didnt even look good or smell like pizza i couldnt even eat it i was so upset and my kids were even saying it wasnt good and complaining it was cold. And on top of that they didnt bring the 2 free 2 liters they promised. i paid $50 for cold pizza that took 4hrs even called customer service just 2 have them transfer my call back 2 the store who originally took my online order. I am NOT Happy i know this is a new store but i would never order frm them again. They supposedly gave me $15 credit but i am so not impressed with thier service or thier customer care. Deff do not recommend them 😡 -Angry mom of 5 hungry kids
