I love Panera when they do things right; but the lack of employee training is going to put them out of business; or raise their prices to a point that they lose business. South Campbell location; On Dec 11th; 4:55 pm; at the drive thru; I ordered a Caesar Salad. Which should be a bowl full of romaine lettuce topped with a few croutons and a little Parmesan cheese. The main ingredient SHOULD be lettuce; and at $10, should be profitable for the company. What I got was several dollars worth of Parmesan; and half a bowl of lettuce! Thanks, but nobody can eat that ratio of lettuce to cheese! Not to mention you as a business can’t make money doing that; and I as a customer can’t return expecting that kind of unsatisfactory product. We both loose! Train your employees!!!!
