- DSDirectress StudioFeb 15, 20261.0It's frustrating to be waiting on a drive-thru lane and then watch someone pull up in the other lane and immediately get served while you haven't heard a voice yet on the speaker. Then watch your order get placed on the screen of the other lane and then wait for over 10 minutes for 3 cars now in a "drive-thru" ... What is the point of a drive-thru? 2 lanes?? It's more effective to go in and wait. "No ice" took 3x to get right. (Pro Tip: constantly switching positions is slowing down your effectiveness here)

Takes over 20 minutes with a empty drive thru to get the wrong order. Triple check your order before driving off the lot. They don't pay attention at this location. Wendy's is the way.
