    In four visits here, different days and different times, I have YET to get my order fast, fresh , or correctly. Save yourself the aggravation and just throw your money on the ground as you circle the building and go home and get something to eat. WORST location in the whole town. Would be more useful as a DMV or a sunglass hut. Also, they hide the store number so you cannot complain to HQ

    I've ordered from this McDonald's 5 times. Each time after the first I think to myself. "Maybe they've finally worked everything out and it'll be good this time." And each time I'm thoroughly disappointed. The food is cold and poorly assembled, the drinks never taste right, and the prices are higher than anywhere else. This morning I decided I was too hungry and lazy to go an extra 6 minutes to a McDonald's that I know is good. I order a number 7 and pay 12 bucks for the 2 crappiest and least flavorful burritos in my life. Half of each burrito was just stale and chewy tortilla and the other half was cold and gross. This place sucks

    During the 3 times we tried to dine here there were no employees to take our order. Only a confusing kiosk. During my first visit I walked into the kitchen and found a cook willing to come to help me order from the kiosk. The second time, with help from a younger customer, I was able to order on the kiosk. The final time I ordered via my McDonald's phone app and walked inside to grab bag from a "pickup shelf." I twice watched other seniors get frustrated by the kiosk and leave. It's near our home. But frankly, going forward we'll just choose to dine elsewhere where human counter service is available.

    Rarely do I ever leave a review but this one I’m furious with. I understand it’s the holidays, but if your app says you’re open, and I am able to place an order through the app, make sure your store is actually open. Yes the app also showed what was open and what was closed, this was no mistake. But somehow the app believed this store was open, and when I got near the restaurant my app updated saying it’s being prepared. Once I got into the drive thru, the screens were seemingly turned off. So I drove past and I came to the window and no one was there. But this is where my problem really began. Due to location services, the store automatically began processing my order once I pulled up. The app would not let me cancel the order because it believed it was being prepared (even though there were no workers). Many other customers I noticed were facing this same problem. Again, getting close to the store automatically starts processing the order and does not allow cancellation. I tried calling but the number does not exist. I got fed up and tried calling another location and no answer, so I tried to pull away from the restaurant. However this time once I pulled away, the restaurant thought I received my order and processed it as complete. I lost $20 and I want a refund. I don’t ever want to comeback ever again. STAY AWAY.

    Slow service like what the others have said. I understand if they’re short staffed but ordering something ahead and giving them ample time to make it 20-30 mins after mobile ordering and then having to wait another extra 20 minutes outside to pick it up is unacceptable. Also the menu is way too expensive for a McDonald’s -everything has an upcharge when other McDonald’s around town does not. I would avoid this location sadly until they align their prices with the other McDonald’s in town.
