  I would prefer to give negative stars. My husband and I went through drive through and was told $10.35 at the screen and then when we got to the window we were told $15.70 for two McChicken sandwiches and two double cheeseburger sandwiches. When we questioned the cashier she read back some order with a large Dr pepper on it and we said no ma'am we only had four sandwiches and they were buy one get one for a dollar she then said hold on a second and came back and told us our total was still $15. We said no thank you left that location and went to the location on S Campbell and I understand that there will be a price fluctuation between different stores. Our total for the exact same order was $7.76.... that seems like a little bit more than a price fluctuation.

  We ordered a happy meal and a medium fries 🍟 as well. The total wait at the drive thru was over 15 minutes. Felt closer to 30. First windows forgot we ordered medium fries as well. 2nd window we got our food, and waited to get the apple juice for the happy meal. When we were home we noticed there were no apple slices in the happy meal, instead was small fries. My medium fries container was barely over halfway full. That long of a wait for awful food is ridiculous. Will not return to this location.

  Went through the drive thru and had to go inside because I didn't get my fries for either combo meal. I waited almost 5 minutes for someone to come to the front counter to help me and then the fries were cold when I finally got them. I was given 1 ketchup packet for 2 combos and 2 happy meals and 1 BBQ sauce total for 2 happy meals and a 10pc nugget. The chicken sandwich was supposed to be no mayo, add mustard but they just added 2 little drops of mustard on top of the slathering of mayo that was squirting out of the bun even though it wasn't supposed to be there.

  Staff did not give me the McDonald’s pieces I was supposed to get with meal. Ordered four items. A large drink. A large fry. A 10 piece. (Instead of a 10 piece they gave me a 4 and 6 piece box) A Big Mac. Only one item had a piece. Not saying I would’ve won anything. But now my chance were cut and on top of that how do I not get what I paid for? Are you joking? (After telling them I would speak to corporate and one employee asking if it was a big deal. They gave me 3 Big Mac boxes with peels on them. To replace what I didn’t have. They also seemed to magically have 10 piece nugget boxes. ) I still think I would like to to contact corporate and probably will because to me it sound like something fishy is going on lol

  The food is ok but the service is just unimaginably slow we waited atleast 45 mins for a large fry that they missed in the bag, it is relatively clean inside altho
