Window 1 we paid, window 2 for pickup, I was directed to stall 2. Well we waited & waited & waited. I got out to use the bathroom. Came back out, asked my friend did the food come he was like no, now mind you several cars had parked in other stalls before I got out to pee. So I go inside to find out what was going on. So I was ignored at the counter, when they did decide to acknowledge me I asked what the hold up was on my order. Well I was told that they were having a issue with the round eggs and all those other cars were given the folded egg. So I'm like why I wasn't told this when u paid or given the option since they were having an issue. The stupid answer given, because the cashier didn't know in a very smart & nasty way. Pissed me off & pardon my french, so I just said give me the folded egg, they got my order in 2.2 seconds. Last time visiting this location. Refuse to deal with ignorant ppl
