Gotta be the worst service in springfield. Girl at counter did not know difference between a number meal and just a burger. Could not get order’s right. Tried to tell the manger she needed help the manger couldnt figure out why. And these are the people demanding $30hr wages

So first off I go through the drive through for 2 double cheeses no mustard w/ lg sprite. Well they give me the wrong food first (second photo) and no straw with my order… I go back through to get it fixed, they give me 2 double cheeses and my straw, one had mustard the other did not. How do you mess up my order twice in a row…. I also didn’t receive my receipt but luckily I used the app and was able to pull up my most recent order

Ordered at 8:52 on the app. At 9:01 I am still sitting at the curbside waiting. I took note of the car at the end of the line when I ordered and they are long gone. What is the point of ordering ahead?
