    It doesn't matter if you ordered on the mobile app in the store. Go through the drive-thru or unfortunate enough to be a doordasher. This location is god-awful slow unresponsive terrible. I cannot warn you enough. Just stay away from this McDonald's at all cost

    Came through the drive thru last night for two double cheeseburgers. I paid and was told to park in the 1st parking spot. I waited 10 minutes and then a young worker came out and said the name for the order. It was incorrect and he realized that he had given my order to the other car that had been waiting 5 minutes earlier. I waited another 10 minutes and then came inside to see how much longer the wait would be. Now the reason I gave a 1-star review: when I went inside, I watch the manager/shift lead absolutely tearing into this kid. I mean cussing, demeaning, all of it: complete power trip. Seeing that a line had grown in the drive thru, I imagine he had been tearing into this kid for the past 10 minutes and was not focused on helping customers. I stood inside for a couple minutes watching this happen, and not once was I acknowledged. I walked out, waited another 5 minutes in the 1st parking spot, and decided to pull around for a refund. As I was pulling around, I looked inside and what did I see? This shift lead/manager still tearing into this kid. He had been tearing into this kid for 15 minutes. This man has no business having authority if he thinks that is how you develop a young kid into a good employee. He had no awareness of the customers and had lost focus of what his job is: to ensure his team is serving customers to the best they can. Yes, the kid needed to be coached on verifying orders more clearly in the future, but the way in which he did it was of no benefit to the kid and showed how completely disqualified he is to have any authority. I'm in management as well and I know what it looks like to correct and discipline employees, but shaming them in front of customers and in front of other employees is disgusting. He should be fired or demoted and I would love to be reached out to for more details if needed to make this happen.

    I go to this McDonalds souly because of its convenient location near my home. The amount of times I have actually received my food from the drive through window and not a employee walking it out to my car can be limited to one hand

It made me give them one star to post my comment, but it's a no star McDonalds of a night time They're service sucks their ability to pay attention to their customers inside the store sucks. If you're a doordasher, they don't help. then get attitudes with you, yells at customers, they complain to customers about how long theyve been working that shift that day...threatened to have me put out for trespassing or a trespasser. I was. In there for an hour and 20 minutes tonight.Waiting on 2 DoorDash.Orders don't go there

    Where do I start…. I went through the second of the two drive through lanes which at the time was the shortest with only one car in front of me to order. I am not expecting when I say 4 cars in the first lain move forward having placed their order before I move up to give mine. When I move up I am told to “wait a minute” I wait about 5 min which during that time another car was held in the first lane immediately. Finally they are ready to take my order and proceed to get it wrong twice, and did not except my McDonalds reward cod for a free fry. After I get my food I open my rap and it had sauce on the outside and got in my hands (not a big deal but still) another thing is they didn’t put the Monopoly sticker on my large drink (I was really looking forward to that) Over all just a bad experience with a lot of things piling up
