Most the customers in here have a job and a time limit and they be taking the whole lunch break just to get out a mcchicken. Crazy thing is that our orders were moved to now serving and still didn’t receive it.

When we pulled up after reordering, it took almost 10 minutes and our food ended up cold. We're also told we'd get a receipt at the second window and we never got one. I'm just glad I have the app so I have proof of purchase.

Ordered a McRib value meal, after arriving at location, I was informed that they are unable to do the McRib (nothing marked as unavailable in the app); However, the order was marked in the app as delivered, so I was unable to ask for a refund through the app, when I asked an employee for a refund- he stated he could do an exchange, but not a refund- i didn't want something else, that's why I ordered the McRib. I just wouldnt have come if i knew it was unavailable. If ordering at this McDonalds, just beware of the app, you might get charged for food you never get.

It took them 30 minutes to get my order out to the curbside pickup.And when they came out , the guy rushed out , handed me my food and then left quickly without even stopping to say hello. I didn't even have a chance to look in my bag. When he handed me my bag , it had a big mac in it but it did not have the special request that I had requested it also didn't have any of the condiments that I had ordered to go with. This is a reoccurring issue at this location and when I tired to put a survey in they had not given me a receipt so I couldn't.
