  Wow, yall might as well replace the workers with Robots. I almost lost my cool waiting 20 minutes just to order and then another 38 mins for my damn food. Absolutely insane! Cold old meat and humiliating presentation.

  Placed a mobile order as I entered the parking lot. Sat in drive thru for 6 minutes with no movement. Called the restaurant and had to tell them there was a line of people in drive thru not being served. Finally was served my food 25 minutes after joining drive thru line. At least my food was warm. This isn't the first time I've waited over 20 minutes for food at this location

  hate this place when i asked if i could put a different sauce rather than mayo on a sandwich he giggles and says “no we actually can’t do that” okay fine then i ordered 2 cheese burgers and the ketchup is all over the bun has a grain of mustard and a pickle smaller than my finger will not be going back to this place

  Stay away from this location. It usually takes 20+ minutes to make it through the drive through, and yesterday I was double charged. When they took my order they overcharged me, I pointed it out and they said they would fix it at the window. They didn't. When they handed my card back with receipt I saw I was still overcharged so I pointed it out again. They were supposed to refund me, and charge my card again for the correct amount. They didn't. The refund didn't happen, they just charged my card a second time. 3 sausage McMuffins with egg and a drink ended up costing me about $24 all in. Avoid this McDonald's.

  I ordered through the app on curb pickup around 9:30am. I've waited almost 30 minutes outside! I went inside to get it, no one noticed I was waiting. The employee who had my bag was about to bring it out, but then put it back down. He then left to do something else. I can clearly see that it's for Curb #3. He finally comes back after 5 minutes and I stopped him. I told him that I have been waiting outside forever for #3. He just handed over to me and just stare at me. He didn't even apologize at all.
