  I just went through for lunch and this was my fry I got. Where are the rest of them. This McDonald's is why people are not eating at your restaurant as much. We as customers pay the higher price and still get screwed over. REALLY! The employees have no personality and rather be set on fire as opposed to be working.

  Was on a 30 minute lunch break with my wife. After 15 minutes of waiting on our food, I asked if we can get our food. Employee became annoyed and said that I was rude for asking for our food since they were waiting on fries. Informed the employee that was what we were told six minutes ago and asked to speak with manager. Manager stated that it took extra time since they needed to refill fry hopper. Told manager that our lunch was ruined because of this and the fry hopper isn't my responsibility or problem. Food was thrown at us and they ignored me as I asked for their names . WILL NEVER RETURN TO THIS LOCATION EVER!!! Barely got back to work on-time and didn't get to enjoy meal with wife

  Probably the worst experience I’ve ever had in a McDonald’s. Where to begin. Let’s start with my kids happy meal. Supposed to be a 6 piece nugget, instead of nuggets they filled the container with buffalo sauce and gave it to my kid. My burgers are supposed to have only ketchup and cheese and they are loaded with toppings I did not want. I had to correct the order at least 3 more times and it still isn’t right. The staff was belligerent (the dude taking drive thru orders cussed out his coworker over the intercom, so obviously my children could hear it), all cussing loudly in front of customers. Not coming back even if God himself told me to and I would recommend not going here unless you want to experience some next level BS.

  Pretty solid for your average mcdoanlds. 2 of the inside machines were down and they were slightly understaffed but the staff was very pleasant all things considered.

  DISGUSTED!!!! FOUND A RECEIPT IN OUR BURGER THAT LOOKS LIKE SOMEONE PUNCHED IT IN THERE!!! WILL NOT BE RETURNING WAITED TEN MINS TRYING TO GET AHOLD OF ANYONE NO ONE WOULD ANSWER!! Edit- they say do this reach out here I DID I DID NO ONE CALLED ME I TRIED CALLING YOUR STORE NO ONE ANSWERED THIS IS RIDICULOUS!!!! THIS WAS A CHILDS FOOD IT STAYED IN THE FRIDGE FOR THREE DAYS TRYING TO GET THIS MATTER HANDLED I THREW IT AWAY IM TIRED OF BEING FRUSTRATED EVERY TIME I OPENED MY FRIDGE. Get your night crew together I've been a manager for over ten years a various places this is unacceptable. Looks intentional to me and like I'm being ignored. I am now the manager of a grocery store.... I just would never ever treat a customer this way.
