  Ridiculous that it takes 10 min just to get someone to take your order at the register because ALL employees are focused on taking care of the drive thru. All we wanted tonight was a drink...geeze

  Absolutely worst service in town. Staff was rude and inconsiderate. Pick one of the any other McDonald's in town rather than this one. Waited more than 20 minutes for 2 simple breakfast sandwiches without any customization. When I spoke with the manager she threw her hands up as she walked away rather than resolving the issue. When food did finally arrive, it was overly greasy and the English muffin was old and stale. Terrible experience overall.

  I swear every time I order from this store if something is always wrong with my food, I use the app to make it easier for the food to be ordered the right way and still it comes out wrong or I’m missing. Just like today, I came in with my order through the app and I’m missing a quarter pounder with cheese try calling them to see if I can get it put on the books to where I can pick it up later and nobody is answering the phone. there’s always something wrong with my food from the store.

  I think I got 24 fries on my medium order of fries. That's not even really the issue. I have receipts from delivery services. My last 6 orders from this location have been wrong, or just absolute garbage food. The place is right next to my house and I get the worst quality food you could imagine. Maybe this is the lord's sign for me to stop eating McDonald's. Specifically though, this location is the worst of the worst. I would love to post a Pic of my order. But McDonalds doesn't allow pics on here 😅😅😅😅😅

  It's a McDonald's, and the prices are a little higher than others likely due to the location. They also run out of anything special right away which is unfortunate. The staff so far have been very friendly, however I absolutely cannot stand that there's no point in ordering ahead with the app. They ask if you used it, you say yes, they ask you to wait for the next customer in the other lane to get their order (to date, every time they have a long manual order). If you ask me if I'm using the app, take the 2 seconds to get the 2 letters and numbers and let me go on.
