    Had to wait awhile for my food, only 1 car in the drive through before me, so 🤷‍♀️ I dont know what was taking so long.

    Ordered a double burger without mustard. Got all the way home and it was a completely plain single patty burger. Never going to this one again and on top of that had to be parked and waited forever. People use drive through for a reason.

    Ordered a bacon McDouble with pickles and ketchup and got a burger with three meat patties im not gonna complain about the extra Pattie but why in the world didn’t I get ketchup or even the bacon that I paid extra for?

    Every single time we come to this location, we are asked to pull forward (as is almost every vehicle in front of us it seems). After waiting for a ridiculous amount of time for our food, the order is never correct. Tonight, we asked not to be pulled forward, as two cars had already been pulled, and we were rudely told that we HAD to move, as we were running up her clock and she didn’t have time to be messing with us back and forth. We were told that if we didn’t pull forward, we would have to take a refund and give back the drinks and happy meal that had already been handed to us. The woman then demanded our card to refund the $ to. We told her we didn’t want a refund, we just wanted our dinner. She still rudely insisted we move and even started counting, like you would to a child in trouble. She told us we better move “on two” because our food wasn’t ready. Reluctantly, we pulled into the parking space they instructed. When they finally brought the food out, of course, we were missing a sandwich and had to go back in, where they treated us like we were the problem. To top it off our fries were not even hot or fresh, our sandwiches were old, sloppy and clearly had been sitting, with the exception of one sandwich. This happens at this location every time we go. We were treated so poorly this time, we will not be back. Since when did fast food get so complicated… they literally have to pull forward every vehicle so that their clock time doesn’t run up? That defeats the purpose of the clock timing how long it takes to get the food out, doesn’t it? They don’t care about providing fresh, hot food, anymore…only about their “clock time” for each order.

    I ordered 2 kids meals so I could get the kids boo buckets and a big Mac and was instructed to pull into a parking spot because they were out of patties? Watched multiple cars get food and leave after I had been parked for over 20 minutes. Had to walk inside and ask for a refund. They said they had no such order...Honestly the employees all seemed high or delirious or something.
