  Absolutely the WORST McDonald's in town. I literally stood at the counter for ten minutes before anyone even asked if I needed something. Not saying that I'm special or anything but I spent $53 dollars on two meals. There was also a line starting behind me and they have also had to wait 10 mins or longer to get anyone to acknowledge they were there. This is absolutely unacceptable. When I did get someone to help me they were rude and acted like I was bothering them. This place needs to do MUCH better. This is just a sad excuse of a restaurant.

  Hateful staff. Terrible cold food. Waited almost 30 minutes while they "fixed" the register. One kid was trying his best but the females were very rude. Ill never eat thre again. Corporate will be notified.

  I just ordered and they didnt have sweet tea and didn’t tell me until the food window. which was fine- I’m not picky. However I waited outside of the drive thru line for this ticket to only get a 4 piece. I have to be at work so this can’t be made right but was extremely disappointing.

  This location has really went down hill. Anytime I order from here (especially evening/night shift), my sauce is literally always forgotten. I come inside to get some because of dinner rush in the drive thru. When I don’t have a receipt (because I did mobile which had already disappeared in the app), I’m denied service, given bad attitude, treated like I’m dumb, & an inconvenience by who I think was a manager. Not even an offer for me to pay for the sauce, when I should’ve gotten it with my meal anyway, which wasn’t even the burger I ordered AND with old cheese 😂 I definitely should’ve throughly checked my order better, but this was ridiculous..Has got to be top 3 worst McDonalds in springfield.

  Horrible, I live down the road and in the last year you cannot come here it will take you forever to get your food it won't be correct nothing good about this place anymore, we had to find a new one to go to this place is just not worth it horribly ran and managed, today we waited an hour and 15 minutes that is ridiculous, we went inside they said they couldn't find where we even ordered, never again McDonald's
