The woman working, who's name tag said something like shift leader, was extremely unfriendly and seemed very unhappy to be helping us with our order. Even after leaving the store my husband commented on the lack of customer service of the "shift leader" who prepared our small order during a quite unusual time of day (about 4:30pm).
- SESteven EslingerOct 26, 20251.0Came here this evening they were offering a dozen donuts free if you came in wearing your Halloween outfit well we got here at 1035 pm they say they dont close till 11 the doors were locked went to get back in my vechical to go through the drive thru and my car wouldent start I went to the door trying to see if anyone could give me a jump after they got off work but they just straight-up ignored me i had to set here from 1030pm and im still setting here it'll be hrs before I can get anyone to give me a jump ! And on top of that didn't even get any donuts that we came here for in the first place! The people in this establishment olny care about themselves they could see me with my hood up when they got off work they just drove right past me didn't ask if me and my wife needed any help or anything ! Like seriously ! All I needed was a jump start !!!
