  The donuts were old and not very tasty. My favorite donuts were discontinued. My second favorite their was none. I was not offered a free fresh donut. Krispy Kreme use to be my favorite donut shop. However not sure i will ever go back. I was very disappointed. I made a special stop for donuts due to no Krispy Kreme in joplin. Sad day may never return. What happened did you all get bought out? Go back to before covid days.

  We decided to end our evening the right way—by chasing happiness in the form of warm, sugary perfection at Krispy Kreme in Springfield. Because when life has been a day, donuts are the solution. Now, full honesty: the machine wasn’t working. Yes, that machine. The one that makes you feel like you’ve won the lottery when you see it doing its magical donut-making dance. Was it sad? Absolutely. Was there a brief moment of silence in our hearts? Maybe. BUT—let it be known—the donuts were still delicious. Soft, sweet, and comforting like a sugar-coated hug. Even without the machine show, these donuts knew their job and performed it well. Here’s where things got dramatic. We wanted these donuts so badly that we willingly stood in a line so long it felt like a full endurance test. Time slowed. Feet hurt. Life choices were reconsidered. Bonds were strengthened. Legends were born. At one point, I think we aged emotionally. And yet… we stayed. Because leaving without donuts was not an option. When we finally got them, it was victory. Pure, glazed victory. Every bite reminded us why we waited, why we suffered, and why donuts are worth absolutely everything. So yes—long line, no machine, minor heartbreak. But still a sweet ending to the night and a reminder that even when things don’t go perfectly, Krispy Kreme donuts still deliver joy. Would we do it again? Yes. Would we complain in line again? Also yes. Would we leave without donuts? Never. 🍩😄

  First time in here today and it was marvelous! The icing on the original glaze doughnuts was PERFECT-taste and thickness was how it used to be 30 plus years ago. I need to drive here again from Texas!

  Donuts were stale and tasted like they were at least a day or two old.. very upset that they weren't fresh especially ordering as early as I did... the doordash was fast but still very disappointed in the taste and freshness of the donuts. And it wasnt just one box but both boxes that were stale and old.
