  I have no words for the customer service given. Nothing g like eating a sandwich that should be toasted cold because it’s corporate policy.

  Wasn’t greeted, employees focused more on their super important conversation than starting my online order. Order was started like 5 min passed estimated pick up time and I was one of two customers in the store so they weren’t busy. When order was finished employee walked straight past me to set my food down on the mobile order shelf. They didn’t ask if I was waiting on an order, if I needed any help, I was just invisible in this location. Terrible customer service and no pride. 100% Avoid this location.

  Very rude and unprofessional the workers seem like they don’t want to be there and they are very short with customers and the food was not even put together right they threw my food together and once I had my order in my hand they went back to playing on there phones and ignoring everyone this jimmy johns needs to work on there people skills

  I order from this Jimmy John’s probably 4 times a month. My order has never been wrong and delivery is always fast. :)
