  Possibly the worst sandwich i’ve had from a Jimmy Johns… Drove all the way home after ordering a carry out to dry/stale bread, dry vegetables, and to make it worse, i ordered extra DRY turkey which they forgot to add… Also forgot the mayo but at no surprise at all… for a whopping $12. In this economy??? I’ll eat at home…

  During this specific trip to JJ’s, I got my food to go. There were 3 people in front of me, so I knew I might take a few minutes to get my food. It took 20 mins. 20 MINUTES. They are supposed to be “freaky fast”. I had somewhere to be so I figured that would be the place to go, but instead of making sandwich’s for people standing right in front of them, they focused on to go orders for 10 plus minutes while we stood and stared at them. This store is notorious for being slow, and getting orders wrong. And on top of that, they act like customers frustrated with their terrible service are the ones in the wrong. If you can avoid it, don’t go here. After a few terrible experiences (it’s really close to where I live) I will not be going back.

  Got a turkey sandwich and it hit the spot. No complaints here. I also used a mobile coupon to save a couple bucks. If not for receiving a discount, I think JJ's is usually kind of too pricey for the sandwich value you get. If I was to ever need food immediately, "like...seriously, I for real can't wait another second because, I'm starving-to-death right now", it would definitively-always be one of my go-to places. That's the "value" in their sandwiches. Their people are saving lives. And, life is a valuable thing. Thank you
