  First off, I do want to say, customer service was wonderful! I personally tipped the young lady who stood out in the rain to take my order. The gentleman at the window was also very friendly and polite! The drink size, appearance, and price were impressive compared to competitors! However… yuck!!! 🤢 The “coffee” was terrible! Nothing more flavorful than just ordinary milk… 😞 I was soooooooo disappointed because I’ve been dying to try Dutch Bros and I was incredibly excited to get a location fairly local, 30 minutes from where I live. I always order an iced hazelnut latte, extra hazelnut, everywhere I go. This was completely flat and tasteless. No flavor, no sweetness, couldn’t even taste any coffee/espresso. Just tasted like milk. I didn’t even finish it, because it was just unpleasant and gross. Very sad! 😞 I was extremely hopeful that this was gonna be my ultimate new splurging spot for coffee when I am up in Springfield, but yuck, no. Probably wouldn’t come back or recommend to others.

  I don’t understand why every drink here taste like garbage compared to other states. I get the same bring as I would in other states and it just taste like trash. They have such “strict” rules on making their drinks and the same measurements as every location, I don’t understand why they taste like cough medicine here. I don’t even get me started. I was trying to Mix your own flavors. They told me they can’t make my drink when I literally asked for the same thing in Tennessee and they made it good. I ended up scrapping my drink and just asking for a new one. They repeated it back to me completely wrong. I tried to correct them and they just told me that it would be ready at the window. I went to the window and they repeated back to me again, the wrong drink. I didn’t say anything to them or be like a Karen customer, but I’m just so disappointed every time I go.

  This place really did an amazing job with making my order ( which included a few special alterations), providing friendly customer service, and it tasted really good!! I was curious if the Dutch Bros coffee lived up to the hype and I definitely get why it has so many fans. I got the hazelnut truffle mocha freeze (half sweet) and it was perfect. Not too sweet and great texture.

  I came through the drive thru about 4pm 11/16 and we ended up getting skipped by 3 different employees doing the drive thru even though we motioned for them several times and tried to get their attention. However, whoever was working the window at the time he was a very extremely nice guy! He sincerely apologized and even gave us a free drink out of it, he did amazing! Whoever he is he definitely deserves praise or recognition for that!

  Was intrigued to try a new coffee place, one I’ve heard good things about, but I was not impressed and do not plan on going back. The wait took a long time as a walk up when it appeared they had only a couple cars in the drive through. The cups really need a sleeve due to the heat of the liquid. Even after cooling time the cup felt super hot but the liquid inside was luke warm and an overall bland flavor that left me with heartburn. Pricing was fair and good.
