  Went through the drive thru this morning. There were about 3 cars in the parking lot and 1 car ahead of me in the drive thru. I got to the menu and was asked to wait. Sure that's fine. But after waiting for multiple minutes another car pulled up in other lane and was seen to immediately. Assuming they forgot about me I let them know I was ready when they were (my words exactly. I've worked in retail. I keep my tone even. At this point I'm not even upset tbh) and I was immediately snipped at to be 'patient'. That 'they were very busy, they'd be right with me'. There's no way they were that busy with only a handful of people, and if they were SO busy why was someone seen before me even though I'd been waiting multiple minutes?? I left immediately. It's Valentine's Day and I wanted to treat my wife to an overpriced drink but even she was offended by the woman's tone. This place has consistently disappointed me. From burnt bagels to forgetting the bacon on my toast (MULTIPLE TIMES) to the rude way I was received this morning. I don't know who's in charge but someone needs to step up. Most of the girls who work there are fine for the most part. Unprofessional, but young and harmless. They seem like they're doing their best and trying to have a good day and I don't blame them for it, however the black girl needs an attitude adjustment. Pretty sure it was her that snipped at me in the drive. Never seen her smile. Never heard her have a conversation that held anything other than contempt and annoyance. Girl if you hate it that bad work somewhere else.

  We snagged 3 dozen at 3pm ! Super awesome girl working with the best attitude 🫶🏻 We appreciate the hard work getting it all together quickly

  3:30pm hardly any donuts left, I was the only customer but the 2 girls behind the counter seemed in a hurry to get rid of me. Very poor customer service

  On January 10th I Went in drive thru with mobile order, girl came and set my drink on table by window and left, walked by 2 more times taking other drinks to counter, 5 minutes later im still waiting, start knocking on window, she brought another one to counter, came to window. I asked why did she set my drink on table and walk off and leave me sitting for 7 minutes by then, she rudely said "I have other orders to make" and slammed the window in my face after handing me my drink, which tasted terrible and i get them daily at another location vlose to my house. Inexcusable customer service!!
