Website and online ordering says open at 5:00 am we waited in the drive thru for awhile no response and there is people working. If they aren’t open till a certain time. Change it online.

I have been a regular customer for years. Order online before leaving house so it is ready to go when I come by. But in the last 2 months service has gone down. Not people side but the ability to read and put an order together correctly.
I order 2 things regularly. Sausage, egg cheese Crescent with double sausage.
Kolaches. The can't screw up kolaches but every time I order the Crescent sammie they forget the extra sausage. This makes 5 out of the last 6 times I have ordered and even verified at pickup is it right... and it is not. I am done.

Small location. Placed an order and arrived to cars backed up to the street. Parking was a no go bcuz they were doing construction on the building. So I ended up paying for an order I never received. Will remember not to ever go to this Dunkin location.

Mobile orders for pickup are meant to make it easier and expedite things. That isn’t the case when the doors are locked.

I normally don’t have awful experiences here but today was bad! To start, I was asked multiple times after payment what I had ordered. It was a peach energy, hash browns, and a 6 piece of glazed munchkins. Somehow still, when my hash browns were brought out I was asked “That’s all you got, right?” and I had to remind them again of the drink and munchkins. Then by the time I was given my drink, there was a line behind me and I got a have a good day and no munchkins. With all of that I would not have left a bad review, but imagine my surprise when I’m halfway through my drink and I see stuff floating in there! It’s a considerable amount, with a lot settled on the bottom of the cup like it had been in the ice. Not happy!
