- JDJoann DoughertyNov 26, 20251.0I went through the drive-through at Dunkin’ Donuts today and ordered a kolache and a coffee I left, and the kolache was all crusty and nasty and tasted old so I went back and traded it in for another one and it was just as bad. and not only did I get another nasty kolache, but the customer service because I returned it was not very friendly

I hope corporate addresses the protocol in the mobile app when issues like this arise so that there is clear direction for refunds at franchises because Dunkin is my favorite coffee. I ordered via the app and paid $15.23. Arrived at the drive thru and they says espresso machine was down. No worries, stuff happens, asked for a refund and I'll go somewhere else. They said they DON'T KNOW HOW because it's an mobile app order and there was no way to do it on the app OR in the store (I even walked in to ask for more direction) and couldn't give me any proof that I didn't receive my order and to call corporate. Corporate said they'll escalate the call and forward to franchise owner. No response. Emailed customer service, no receipt of email, no response. Disputed through the bank since I paid and got nothing and they have not communicated any way to resolve this issue.

And they were closed drive thru was working fine but we couldn't get in. We see countless people trying to get in, and nothing. Very disappointed they have gone down as a donut shop.

The sandwich came with 1 piece of bread 🤦🏼♀️ also ordered an order of everything beagle bites and they weren’t even cooked. The dough was mushy. When I called to address the issues the worker was willing to remark the order but I didn’t want I just wanted her to know this was the 2nd day in row my order was uncooked. When I was explaining my concerns she interrupted me multiple times. When I asked her not to interrupt me she proceeded to hung up. She was extremely rude for one reason I didn’t even want my food remade I was simply bringing this issue to her attention so it didn’t happen to the next person.
