    We've probably been here 5 times, and never once has our order been right. Anytime you try to order online it's "we're sorry, we are out of that item". Staff has always been less than helpful. What kind of doughnut shop runs out of glazed doughnuts? Lol

    Extremely rude employees and onlu 3 cars in drive thru i was only one inside and still took almost 15 min to get 1 wrap and 2 hashbrowns with plenty of employees behind counter because they were talking and playing around other employees doing nothing and staring at me while i wait.was here sat 12/27 and was the worst service ive ever experienced with not being busy i get it if they are busy but was not at all absolutely ridiculous

    I went through the drive-through at Dunkin’ Donuts today and ordered a kolache and a coffee I left, and the kolache was all crusty and nasty and tasted old so I went back and traded it in for another one and it was just as bad. and not only did I get another nasty kolache, but the customer service because I returned it was not very friendly

    Update: Gina called 6 days after I called corporate and let me come and get my complete order for free. I hope corporate addresses the protocol in the mobile app when issues like this arise so that there is clear direction for refunds at franchises because Dunkin is my favorite coffee. I ordered via the app and paid $15.23. Arrived at the drive thru and they says espresso machine was down. No worries, stuff happens, asked for a refund and I'll go somewhere else. They said they DON'T KNOW HOW because it's an mobile app order and there was no way to do it on the app OR in the store (I even walked in to ask for more direction) and couldn't give me any proof that I didn't receive my order and to call corporate. Corporate said they'll escalate the call and forward to franchise owner. No response. Emailed customer service, no receipt of email, no response. Disputed through the bank since I paid and got nothing and they have not communicated any way to resolve this issue.

    We went there this morning at 8:24am. They were supposed to be open at 5am which what they say. And they were closed drive thru was working fine but we couldn't get in. We see countless people trying to get in, and nothing. Very disappointed they have gone down as a donut shop.
