Seems like a long time to get my money back but that's on corporate not the store. I do want to publicly apologize to the manager from that night for being so up at arms and thank him for giving me the pizza anyways when he wasn't supposed too. Thank you sir for making sure my kids had a meal that night again sorry for my behavior.

When I got out, (20min) the pizza had just came and When I opened the box to my Thin crust extravaganza, that I was Looking forward to, it wasn't even CUT all the way and it was stuck to the bottom of the box and had slid in the box a little on the way, so the front of the pizza was bent a little. I just didn't even eat it. There was no bacon, black olives or Mushrooms, all of which was supposed to be on the pizza. I made sure I made the edits... Dominoes really droppped the ball. I just went to bed hungry, it was after midnight, I had worked 2 jobs and was hungry.....Ya'll can come get it. It's STUCK to the box.

With that being said, this is the third time your delivery drivers has asked us about a tip, or has offered their phone to leave them more of a tip. "I forgot your receipt but you can use my phone to leave more of a tip if you'd like." Not cool, and don't appreciate it. ( We get it, we've been delivery drivers before but we've NEVER asked for or even more of a tip) Do better y'all.
- AIAlex InmanDec 3, 20251.0Will not be ordering from this location again, they gave the wrong pasta so I called and they assured me it would be taken care of and back out for delivery, I didn't think that meant piling on about 30+ whole pepperonis on the top that they forgot last time and making the pasta a greasy mess for my wife which was suppose to be a decent dinner. I think the children you have working there should learn to own up to the mistakes and not throw a hissy fit and ruin our food and our evening with this nonsense when we PAID for it.
