Was right before closing and so maybe they were upset about it but I did pick it up before they closed but it’s almost like they were teaching me a lesson because there was more than normal amounts of sauce and it was undercooked, the little bit of cheese was not even melted on the hand tossed crust, I had to bake it more at home and add cheese. When I called the next day the rude girl I talked to was very short with me and said I didn’t order it well done tho it said on receipt well done light s as ice, after a brief hold she returned and said they would mail me a fifty certificate…I asked if I could just have it replaced today and she said they do not do things like that and I’d have it in 1-2 weeks. Terrible service very disappointed.

I had placed the lava cakes in the freezer to firm up, hadnt even thought to check, oull them out the next day and they are all mashed. And dont say it was delivery, you guys are right down the road, aint no sharp turns or nothin. Sad
