The ratio and level of doneness were immaculate. Where I'm from, I've all but lost hope in the local Domino's. Springfield is spoiled. This location absolutely killed it. And on Christmas Eve, too. Having despised my pizza experience at other Springfield Domino's locations, I refused to order pizza anymore. If we wanted pizza, we either kept a frozen one stocked at home, or we went out of our way to pick it up elsewhere. Last month my in-law's came to visit and wanted pizza for dinner but scratched the effort of us going to pick it up and insisted on delivery, so we placed a Domino's order online. I was pleasantly blown away! Not only did dinner arrive at a reasonable time, and not only was the driver super friendly, but dinner actually arrived hot! Like, fresh from the oven hot. It wasn't dripping grease, and ✨️ most amazingly✨️, they didn't skimp on the toppings!! So last week when my husband and I deep cleaned in preparation for 20 family members visit for a combined celebration of my father-in-law's birthday and our family Christmas, he and I ordered Domino's to get us through our cleaning night. And when the family wanted pizza for the birthday boy's dinner, we scrapped his original request of picking up Imo's and instead entrusted our order to Domino's delivery, and once again, it was a perfect experience. With their extended Cyber Monday deal of 50% off the menu, we thankfully were able to order 10 medium pizzas for $93.60 incisive of taxes, tip, and delivery fee. Being reduced to a single income household, we rarely eat out, and the holiday season has become stressfully tight. Receiving quality at a discount is a rarity and the exact reason for my review today. I still won't patronize the other Domino's locations in Springfield, but I am very, very glad to be in the delivery radius of this Domino's location.
