Everything was fine until I get home and open my boxes 3 pizzas and a stuffed cheese bread burnt to a crisp completely inedible. Now management says because he didn't take a phone number they are not willing to make it right at all

I ordered a thin & crispy with everything, it was the nastiest pizza I've ever ate🤢🤢 it was all dried out, burnt on all sides it looked like it had been sitting out in the sun for days, cheese was rubberized sauce was dried almost to dust, very little toppings it was soooooo over cooked the topping was probably turned to dust, except for the sausage, I will never be a customer of them again, this is the second time that this had happened

He said he’d be back with drinks and we waited about 25 more minutes on him to return and didn’t. Called the store and they said he would take it to us after another delivery after waiting for so long. We ended up waiting all together about 45 minutes for him to get us our drink he originally forgotten. Some bs service in my opinion.

It's like $20+ a pizza It sucks because I used to buy pizza 3-4 days a week from y'all. Funny part about all this is.. Domino's Pizza used to literally have 100+ people daily store for store getting pizza. It's only a couple dozen a day now per location. They can try to say that it's not that way but then they're just lying about their numbers. It mainly comes down to being overpriced. That's why people leave and they don't return it's not worth their money.
