  Do not come here unless you wanna wait an hour. It is understaffed here and the lobby is full with irritated people. The girl up front is doing her best while the rest kinda stands around just staring or checking there phones taking there sweet time. We ordered ahead and recieved the food and it was just cold and gross. Just tossed it out. This is just outrageous and we will be taking our business elsewhere

  One of the worst places I’ve eaten in so far, food is cold like it was never warmed up, it feels that it just came out of the fridge, adding taking 1 hour just to get your food if you choose the pickup lane, workers works so slow and sometimes will not even work, food very little and disgusting, I would definitely suggest you to stay away from this place

  Do not go here unless you want to wait an hour past the expected pick up time. I would have canceled the order but the app is ridiculous and the “online chat” says the conversation has been ended when you try to complain about anything wrong with your order. Not only did I wait over an hour from time I placed the order to the time the order was in my hands, but my order was also wrong, and had the wrong protein, and wrong toppings on both of my bowls. How is the this fast food establishment running as “fast” food when they can’t get orders out in a timely manner? I was hoping when this chipotle opened it would be different and ran better than the other two in town. Obviously not. Do not waste your time in hopes of a hot and meal.

  30 minutes behind on food pickup order and had to check in multiple times before they finally got the food out. I could have gone through the order line at minimum 3 times before my pickup order was ready. Drive through continued on schedule as well. Do not preorder for pickup.

  Do not use the pickup lane unless you have a half hour to kill. My pickup time was 12:10 and at 12:15 I made it to the front of the digital pickup lane. My order wasn’t ready so I was told to go to the back of the line. This would almost make sense as a strategy if everyone whose order is not ready is going to the back of the line but instead I then sat in a stationary line for 25 minutes. This location is new but the Chipotle corporation can surely afford to consult SOMEONE who has even just USED a pick up window before about how they usually work. Surely it would take less time to just handle the customer at the window instead of sending them to the back because there MIGHT be someone behind that person whose order is ready. This is not how the system works anywhere else in the world. I picked up my cold burrito bowl from the pickup lane 27 minutes later than the order time I placed. I spoke to a friend who watched a mother with a baby get out of her car and console her screaming infant twice, the line was stationary for so long, and that was a week ago. This chipotle with a pickup window is in my neighborhood! I have not been to a chipotle in 4 years because I would have to unload my many young children to do so. I AM ROOTING FOR YOU. WE ARE ALL ROOTING FOR YOU. Please figure out the pickup situation.
